Dambulla
UNESCO Golden Cave Temple — afternoon sightseeing after morning ride. Stay at Heritance Kandalama.
Sigiriya
Cycling Day 2 — 3×20 km on red-dirt rural lanes past paddy fields, irrigation reservoirs and chena cultivations. Optional summit climb.
Mahiyanganaya (transit)
Cycling Day 3 — 3×30 km mixed-terrain climb into the hills with 450–500m elevation gain. Moderate-challenging gradients.
Nuwara Eliya
Cycling Day 4 — 3×20 km through scenic mountainous tea estates. Stay at The Grand Hotel. Tea factory & plantation excursion.

Day 01 — Arrival → Negombo · Welcome BBQ
Airport pickup, transfer to Sentido Heritance Negombo (20 min). Welcome BBQ dinner with full tour briefing.

Day 02 — Cycling 3×30 km → Kurunegala → Dambulla
After breakfast, cycle 90 km in 3×30 km segments to Kurunegala — flat to gently rolling, mostly built-up roads and tractor tracks. Lunch in Kurunegala, then transfer by bus to Heritance Kandalama (2½ hr). Optional Dambulla Cave Temple in afternoon.

Day 03 — Cycling 3×20 km Rural Sigiriya
Cycle 60 km in 3×20 km segments on quiet back roads and farm tracks — red dirt and gravel through villages, paddy and chena cultivations. Spice garden visit. Optional Sigiriya climb or Minneriya jeep safari.

Day 04 — Cycling 3×30 km → Mahiyanganaya → Nuwara Eliya
Cycle 90 km mixed-terrain to Mahiyanganaya — secondary asphalt roads with 450–500m gradual elevation gain, long rolling ascents and descents. Lunch, then transfer via Badulla and Ella to The Grand Hotel (3 hr). En route Ravana Falls.

Day 05 — Cycling 3×20 km Tea-Estate Trails
Cycle 60 km through mountainous tea estates and pine forests in 3×20 km segments. Afternoon tea factory and plantation tour.

Day 06 — Ramboda Falls · Kandy City Tour
Drive to Kandy by bus (2½ hr). View Ramboda Falls en route. Lunch in Peradeniya. Afternoon Kandy city tour and Temple of the Tooth Relic.

Day 07 — Peradeniya Gardens · Pinnawala · Negombo
Royal Botanical Gardens Peradeniya. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (river bathing at 10:00 and 14:00). Transfer to Sentido Heritance Negombo (2 hr). Farewell seafood gala dinner.
